I figure it out everything and now i found the sources, its from xbox live gaming go to setting and click “my subscription” its will show its charger you every month. When u seen this, click manage and roll it down u see “cancel my subscription” its will refund you immediately.

The $10.92 subscription fee was being charged to my bank and the $16.38 for the Ultimate 1 Month was being charged on my PayPal account since 2021. I demand a full refund for the payments made for this Microsoft Ultimate 1 Month that I did not order!
