WEBApr 26, 2020 — After a few attempts of timing the power button just right the computer was restored to normal operation. I don't know if this is a Windows 10 problem or a Motile problem. I just got this computer Motile 14" performance laptop on 3/11/2020 and I am thinking about returning it because of this problem.

WEBJan 28, 2020 — Laptop came with 1.03. Downloaded the latest on the Motile website, which happens to be 1.05. In the file, there really aren't any instructions or anything, but it wasn't too hard to figure out which file was the ROM for the BIOS flash. Trying to perform the flash in Windows was just a waste of time. Wouldn't do anything.
