The Burj is quite a walk from the metro- the good news is that there are walking travelators that allow you to rest and admire the buildings of the city centre. Once in the Dubai mall there is more walking as you make your way to the entrance to the tower. This is on the sub level 2 - there are lifts and escalators. Don’t forget once you’re there, the chances you could have a very long wait - up to 90 minutes plus! Good luck.
