No need to pay CADW, I think you can see all you need to see from the exterior. We managed to walk along some of the walls by the car park which are all publicly accessible. Full review by T8192OAjoshb

I think that guide dogs might be allowed, (not sure about other dogs), but only on the ground floor level of the castle, as it might be very tricky to walk up the winding staircases to the various towers and walls. Best to contact the castle direct and ask their advice. Hope this is helpfull

It is a very limited area in total. Heavy rain and covid stopped us going up or down( a few steps) it is very well organised and entry cheap but not a lot to see or do
