Is it open every day of the week ? On trip advisor it says it's closed on Saturday and Sunday?

Open. Weekends busy! Only closed at night for security reasons. Park is a hangout for drug dealers. They won't bother you. Poor neighborhood/part of town. Be a "little" careful.
