The Justice Department sought to unseal grand jury exhibits and testimony from its cases against deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and his convicted accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell, but with redactions to protect victims.

Maxwell’s attorneys say she wants to keep grand jury transcripts from public view as she continues her appeal to the Supreme Court and to the Trump administration to toss her prison sentence.

The Department of Justice asked two New York judges on Friday to unseal grand jury exhibits tied to convicted sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein and his co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell. CBS News' Jake Rosen reports.
