The Nevada Supreme Court had ruled Monday that Gruden's lawsuit could proceed in public and not go through NFL arbitration

Jon Gruden said Tuesday that he is eager to discover the truth in a Nevada courtroom about whether commissioner Roger Goodell and the NFL leaked emails to the media before Gruden was forced to resign as Raiders head coach in 2021.

The NFL will appeal the Nevada Supreme Court’s ruling that former coach Jon Gruden can proceed with his lawsuit and not go through the league for arbitration.
