New York Rangers forward Mika Zibanejad shared a heartfelt goodbye to his longtime teammate, Chris Kreider, on social media Friday. Kreider was traded to the Anaheim Ducks on Thursday for forward prospect Carey Terrance and a third-round pick in the 2025 NHL Draft.
Kreider and Mika Zibanejad have been teammates for nearly a decade and have developed a strong friendship throughout that time. In an emotional post on Instagram, Zibanejad thanked Kreider for the special time they spent together and wished him luck on the next chapter of his career with the Anaheim Ducks.
