North Carolina’s Mark Robinson was roasted during late-night talk shows after a CNN report on offensive comments allegedly made by the GOP governor candidate.

After a media frenzy over a CNN report claiming Mark Robinson called himself a 'black Nazi,' the Lt. Gov. says he will stay in NC governor race.

The party is prohibited from selecting a replacement who already ran in the same race in this year’s primary. That means State Treasurer Dale Folwell and attorney Bill Graham would not be allowed to replace Robinson.
