Tropical Storm Dalila forms and is expected to bring rain to southwestern Mexico
The National Hurricane Center says Tropical Storm Dalila has formed in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The cyclone is centered Friday south of southwestern Mexico, about 190 miles south of Zihuatanejo.
