New Orleans Police say a victim was beaten, stomped on, and stabbed on Bourbon near Conti Street around 11:26 p.m. Mardi Gras night.
NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The Governor’s Office of Victim’s Advocacy announced the release of a request for proposals for a permanent memorial to be placed in New Orleans, honoring the victims of the Jan.
Proceeds from the event will go towards a foundation created in his honor, which supports people across the U.S. impacted by mass violence.
