Bloober Team's Silent Hill 2 remake can be a rough ride for weaker PCs, but with the right settings, can be forced to run far more smoothly than on its presets.

This doesn't outright confirm that Silent Hill 2's remake is coming to Xbox in October 2025, only that it is the soonest possible date that it could. There is also no guarantee the game will come to Xbox at all.
