Ukrainian authorities say a Russian drone and missile attack on Ukraine’s capital killed at least eleven people including a 6-year-old boy.

Russia launched waves of missiles and drones on Kyiv before dawn on Thursday, killing 16 people including two children, and wounding well over 100 others, officials in the Ukrainian capital said.

The residential building in the Sviatoshynskyi district was a “direct hit,” Tymur Tkachenko said in a message on Telegram.
