The hunt for the Washington state murder suspect ended Tuesday with Los Angeles Police Department officers arresting Alexander Lee Rogers, after it was reported Monday that his car was found abandoned in Calabasas.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department shared images of the man wanted in a fatal stabbing in Longview, Wash., warning residents to 'not approach or attempt to contact the suspect.'

The search continues for a southwest Washington murder suspect after his car was located in Southern California area this week.
