The NYPD is investigating after a 7-year-old girl was struck by a stray bullet in Harlem on Monday afternoon, sources said.

Police officers arrested two teenagers, 19-year-old Daniel Idowu and an unidentified 17-year-old, and charged them with attempted murder.
