The first incident is alleged to have taken place on 2 September when David threatened to kill Rossel for not responding to his calls and messages. A second which took place on 23 September alleges Davis accused Rossel of infidelity, physically assaulting her at a restaurant in Miami later that day.

After his fight with Gervonta "Tank" Davis was scrapped, Jake Paul will now step into the ring for a professional heavyweight bout against Anthony Joshua.

The fight between Jake Paul and Gevonta Davis, scheduled for November 14 at Kaseya Center in Miami, has been canceled.
