County approves contract with Thomas for $338,000 a year

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - Washoe County has approved a new contract with County Manager Kate Thomas for $338,988 a year. The two-year contract is effective on Dec. 1 and will last until Nov. 30, 2027.
