Despite the upheaval, some communities are still trying to find ways to honor veterans even as events are canceled.

Communities across South Florida will gather at events that provide the opportunity to pause, reflect and say thanks to veterans while celebrating their courage and commitment.

C INCINNATI (WXIX) - Veterans Day is Tuesday and events are planned throughout the next several days in the Tri-State to show thanks to veterans and military personnel for their service. Listed below are a few things to get into to celebrate.

“Fox NFL Sunday” normally goes on the road and visits military bases for the two-hour program, but this year’s show will be from the Fox Sports Studios lot in Los Angeles with Jay Glazer doing segments from the Veterans Day Parade in Washington, D.C.

Colorado Springs and Pueblo will host Veterans Day parades tomorrow, featuring military grand marshals and community celebrations honoring veterans.

Mercer County Executive Dan Benson and the county Board of Commissioners will host their 2025 free Veterans Day Expo and Ceremony on Friday to provide resources to military members.
