International clothing retailer Primark has signed a 10-year lease for its first Manhattan store. The 54,000-square-foot space, located at 150 W. 34th St. in Herald Square, spans all four floors of the building and will offer the latest fashion trends and family essentials, as well as homewares and beauty products.
