COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football’s Calvin Simpson-Hunt has entered the transfer portal. The cornerback is departing after his sophomore season with the Buckeyes. In Ohio State’s run to a College Football Playoff National Championship, Simpson-Hunt played six defensive snaps and recorded two tackles.

Between them, Haywood is the higher-ranked prospect, a five-star offensive tackle from Denton, Texas, who decommitted from Alabama on Jan. 13. He had not signed with the Crimson Tide in December.
