為因應薔琵颱風來襲期間全台所需油氣能源之供應，台灣中油公司各事業部及所屬生產、行銷、儲運等單位，均已提前進行各項防颱整備作業，包括山區、偏遠地區、高風險地區及離島地區油料之運補。交通部中央氣象署10月22日11時30分發布海陸颱風警報，台灣中油亦同步啟動防颱應變中心開設。目前各煉化工場生產正常，且維持各地供油中心及加油站高庫存量，國內油氣能源供應無虞，請國人放心。
