The best week of actual football is here. The NFL divisional round, while not as lengthy as the wild-card round, typically features the best four games we get of the season. And I don't expect this week to be any different.

The MVP award won't be decided on Sunday, but the ramifications of the game figure to be immense for the two QBs and their franchises.

"Baltimore won that Week 4 game, 35-10, largely because it controlled the line of scrimmage and ran for 271 yards," NFL.com writes. "The Bills must be the more physical team to win this time around, needing to ease the pressure on their own defense. Sunday’s win over Denver proved they can do that."

Bills reserve running back Ray Davis (concussion), who has 442 rushing yards (3.9 per carry) and three touchdowns this season, is questionable. Reserve offensive tackle Alec Anderson (calf), who’s carved out a role in some offensive packages as a sixth lineman, was limited in practice Wednesday and Thursday but is expected to play Sunday.

While the Bills and Ravens still have to decide who advances to the next round, both teams enter the game already knowing who they would play if they win. The Chiefs hosted the Texans in the first game of the weekend to decide the other AFC championship game participant.

For several years now, Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson have resided firmly within an elite group of signal callers ranking somewhere behind Patrick Mahomes in the NFL’s pecking order, jostling for position with the likes of Joe Burrow and Justin Herbert to be considered the best of this generation’s rest.
