The Boston Bruins snapped their six-game losing streak after securing a hard-fought overtime win against the Florida Panthers on Saturday afternoon. With this, they improved to a 21-19-5 record for the season and jumped back up to the third-place spot in the Atlantic Division standings.

Lindholm has been a 22-point flop. He is signed for six more seasons with no-move protection through 2029. Lindholm, 30, is practically untradeable, even if the Bruins eat part of his remaining salary.

The Boston Bruins are back on the ice this afternoon to face the San Jose Sharks. After an ugly shootout loss to the Ottawa Senators last game, the Bruins will aim to bounce back and secure two points.

Even with Boston leapfrogging both Columbus and Montreal in the standings, the Bruins have plenty of work to do if they want to punch their ticket to the postseason for the ninth year in a row.

Koepke's replacement will be determined shortly. Bruins head coach Joe Sacco said forward Mark Kastelic would be back in the lineup if he is given the green light to play by the medical team. If not, Oliver Wahlstrom will replace Koepke in the lineup.
