CLEVELAND, Ohio — Browns edge rusher Myles Garrett was named a first team All-Pro for the fourth time in his career on Friday and second season in a row. Garrett, the reigning Defensive Player of the Year, finished second in the league with 14 sacks behind Cincinnati’s Trey Hendrickson, who joined Garrett as the other edge rusher on the first team.
