U.S. men's national team goalkeeper Zack Steffen will miss the Concacaf Gold Cup with a knee injury. The U.S. Soccer Federation confirmed Wednesday that Steffen was injured during training on Tuesday. Steffen, 30, departed training camp and returned to the Colorado Rapids to undergo further testing.
