The Missouri Tigers men’s basketball team opened the Southeastern Conference portion of its 2024-25 schedule with an 84-68 loss to No. 2-ranked Auburn on Saturday afternoon in Auburn, Alabama. After a wildly successful performance in non-conference play, the No. 2 Auburn Tigers are ready to begin SEC play. Auburn kicks off the conference portion of its schedule on Saturday by hosting Missouri for a 3 p.

For Auburn, the loss comes at a time when the team is already reeling from the number of injuries that seems to keep piling up.
