Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson announced the arrest of Benyamina F. Fox, 46, on Thursday afternoon. Fox has been charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. Authorities allege Fox sold methamphetamine in the Town of Seneca Falls.

Golden was indicted by a federal grand jury on drug trafficking and firearm charges. The DOJ said the maximum sentence for this offense is a life term of imprisonment should Golden be found guilty. My 11-year-old walked less than a mile away from home.
