HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WKRC) - A lead actor from the television show "Home Improvement" was arrested for the third time in 12 months. Zachery Ty Bryan, who played Brad Taylor, the oldest son in "Home Improvement," was arrested on Jan. 2 for domestic violence. Bryan was released one day later after paying his $10,000 bond.
