Noah Kahan, Chris Stapleton, and more will join the beloved children's television show in what could be its final season

The upcoming season will focus on lessons in emotional well-being. It debuts on January 16 on Max with new episodes releasing every Thursday. Sesame Street will also be available on PBS stations and to stream on PBS Kids in the fall. This will be the last season aired on Max as the network revealed its desire to focus on more adult content.

Elmo and friends are back! Sesame Street returns on January 16, kicking off its 55th season. Fans can catch brand-new episodes first on MAX before they air on PBS stations and stream on PBS Kids.

Renee Rapp, pop singer and star of Mean Girls, is set to appear in the 55th season premiere of Sesame Street. The season  will debut on Thursday, January 16 on  Max, with episodes released every Thursday.
