Severe weather threat over for DFW; Storms moving through Northeast Texas
There will be some rain today, but the problem is that it won't come without the possibility of severe weather. The day starts out nicely and after about 9 o'clock, there will be more showers popping up.
DFW Weather: Severe threat has ended for North Texas, but more rain and storms are possible overnight
A line or broken line of storms will move across North Texas from west to east during the day. As of now timing looks like it will hit west of DFW through mid-morning, the main DFW metro region late morning into early afternoon, and east of DFW during the afternoon into evening.
