Utah Hockey Club netminder Connor Ingram has been out of the lineup since mid-November with what the team reported as an upper-body injury. It turns out there was more to the almost two-month absence.
The Utah Hockey Club has recalled goaltender Connor Ingram from the Tucson Roadrunners of the AHL, where he spent the last nine days on a conditioning stint in preparation for his NHL return. An upper-body injury that had kept Ingram out of the lineup since the second period of Utah’s game against the Washington Capitals on Nov. 18.
Ingram made 30 saves and even took a shutout into the final period. However, it wasn't a picture-perfect return for him and his team.
