Brenda Tracy filed a defamation lawsuit against ex-Michigan State coach Mel Tucker, claiming sexual harassment and retaliation.

Brenda Tracy alleges that Mel Tucker tarnished her good name and reputation by claiming they had phone sex. She says he masturbated without consent.

Tracy is asking for a jury trial and damages caused by Tucker’s extreme and outrageous behavior against her (together with interest, cost, and attorney fees). She also wants other remedies as justice requires,
