Paris Saint-Germain have officially reached a complete agreement to sign Napoli winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, according to Fabrizio Romano.

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is set to join PSG ahead of Liverpool after agreeing a deal in excess of €70m ($72m/£59m) with Napoli.

Napoli have opened talks with Manchester United over a deal for their winger, Alejandro Garnacho amid the ongoing January transfer window.
