Suspect booked on murder charge after 'peacekeeper' kills bystander in Salt Lake protest

The documents state he was seen running into the crowd with an assault-style rifle when the alleged peacekeeper shot at him. He was later booked into the Salt Lake County Metro Jail on a charge of murder. KUTV spoke with Utah Attorney Clayton Simms about the charge Gamboa faces.
