Governor Revives NYC Congestion Pricing With $9 Toll
Governor Kathy Hochul on Thursday announced a plan to implement congestion pricing in New York City by early January. The governor’s new plan places tolls for vehicles entering the city’s Central Business District, or below 60th Street in Manhattan, at $9, according to a press release.
With the NYC congestion pricing start date expected some time in January 2025, these are the next steps it must pass.
