Newly released body camera footage shows that a man fatally beaten in a New York prison this month was repeatedly pummeled by correctional officers while in handcuffs.

The footage shows correctional officers punching the handcuffed man, who was sitting on a medical examination table, in the face and groin on Dec. 9. He died the morning after the assault.
