The Philadelphia Art Commission could reach a settlement with the Frank L. Rizzo Monument Committee, setting up the possibility for the statue to be displayed once more.

A cast iron statue of former Mayor Frank Rizzo will be returned to the group that originally donated it, following a ruling Wednesday by the Art Commission.
