The Texarkana Texas Police Department is actively looking for a teen believed to have been involved in a recent shooting.

Now though, it looks like Humor & Harmony will return to Shreveport in March of 2026. Shreveport Mayor Tom Arceneaux’s office confirmed these details with KSLA Wednesday, Aug. 13.
