Wegmans on Monday announced plans to build a location in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, part of the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. The 115,000-square-foot store will sit on 13 acres on Cool Springs Drive,

The grocery store chain confirmed on Monday that it has plans to open a location in Cranberry on Cool Spring Drive, near the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex. Wegmans says the new store will sell a variety of food, including produce, bakery goods and deli products, and offer a large selection of wine and beer.

Wegmans, based in Rochester, is a supermarket chain with 110 stores across eight states (New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Delaware) and Washington, D.C. The company recently expanded in New York City and plans to open three new stores in 2025 in Maryland, Connecticut and Long Island.
