Dec 18, 2024 · In financial year 2023/24, CECONOMY increased sales by 5.3 per cent 1 to € 22.4 billion. Sales grew in all four quarters. Adjusted EBIT2 rose by 26 per cent year-on-year to € 305 million. Hence, profitability improved for the seventh consecutive quarter.

Ceconomy's leading position is underpinned by meaningful scale and its omnichannel setup. The group is the largest European electronics retailer, with 1,024 stores and operations in 13 markets (leading positions in eight).

CECONOMY is continuing to overhaul its store portfolio with 30% of stores already modernized and plans to reach 90% by FY 2025/26. Developing new store formats (Lighthouse Experience Centers, Xpress and Smart stores) are key to answer customers’ evolving needs.
