The 3rd budget stand mixer I've been testing is the Cooklee. And this is finally a stand mixer that performed well IMO! It's not perfect by any means, but it's $150, has a 660W motor, and it achieved a windowpane in less than 10 minutes. That's pretty compelling!! It also didn't sound like something inside was breaking the entire time it was mixing, so that's good 🤣 The top (tilt head) jostles a bit during mixing, particularly when I increased the speed to 3 – going back to speed 2 during the k

It’s made by the same manufacturer as some of the other budget mixers (Sanlida) and performs similarly to the Cooklee and Kitchen In a Box. I don’t like the digital display - it’s not very intuitive. Budget stand mixer review number 7! I will not be grabbing this machine again. I can overlook the ferment function because it mixed my dough well, but the disassembly is a dealbreaker for me. There are also other things I don't love, like how there is only one mixing speed. I have one more mixer to test but y’all also asked me to get the Drew Barrymore one from Walmart, which arrives on Dec 15. So I’ve added that in. Another company also offered to send me their budget mixer, so there may be a 9
