Lumos Networks held a special event at DSLCC Friday morning to announce that it had completed the infrastructure necessary to be able to offer all customers in its Highlands area service area high-speed fiber Internet service. Several local officials also were on hand for the occasion, including 19th District House Delegate Terry Austin.
