A lot of people don’t realize that we grow a fair amount of food in the greenhouse for meander restaurant at Shortgrass. Every day we add more and more things to use in the kitchen. Ian has grown some different mushrooms for us in the greenhouse, as well as foraged wild mushrooms, and other ingredients for the kitchen. We’ve upgraded to a dedicated mushroom growing tent.
