Dobby was found on Saturday, December 6th outside of a gas station. He was cold and very skinny. He has droopy ears (why he was named Dobby) and a tail that hardly lifts off the ground. This is due to frostbite and he will likely lose the tips of his ears and part of, or all of his tail. We brought him to the vet and got him checked out, he got all of his vaccinations and he was treated for ear mites.
