An 8-year-old boy reported missing in Celina on Friday morning has been found deceased. John Thacker, public information officer with the Celina Police Department, said the department had no reason to suspect that the boy's death was the result of foul play. Little Baby — also known as Anatoly, or simply Tolik to me — was found abandoned in Kruja, Albania. We don’t really know what happened to him before, but now he’s my baby, and I’m taking care of him.
