Students pick a beaker, scoop up the mini letter pasta, and pour it into the H mold. As they scoop and pour, they say the letter and the letter sound. I used a baking tray so that the magnetic letters stick and stay and I could write on it with whiteboard pen and it can be rubbed off. I wrote a large letter on the tray with the whiteboard pen and my son found the matching magnetic letter.
